The service
VHS Movie Night is an entertainment discovery tool that recommends movies and TV titles using random selections and filters. It does not provide streaming, film rentals, downloads, or rights to watch a title. Availability through third-party providers is not guaranteed. Titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their inclusion is not an endorsement of this independent service.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create a paid account. You agree to provide accurate account information and protect your login details. Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Free and paid access
Free accounts receive up to three spins per day, subject to the app's daily reset system and anti-abuse controls. The Unlimited Rental Pass currently costs $2.99 USD per month, plus any applicable tax, and allows unlimited spins while the subscription qualifies for premium access. Plan features or prices may change with any required advance notice and consent.
Renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Manage or cancel through Account → Manage Billing. For end-of-period cancellation, access generally remains until the paid period ends; if immediate cancellation is selected, premium access may end immediately. Your cancellation confirmation will indicate when it takes effect. See the Subscription & Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Do not compromise, overload, reverse-engineer for unauthorized access, or abuse the service, interfere with other users, or bypass account, payment, or spin-limit controls. We may restrict accounts used for fraud or other serious violations.
Availability and changes
Features and the title library may change. We aim to operate the service reliably, but interruptions or errors may occur. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, or other legitimate reasons. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Liability and law
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that recommendations will meet individual preferences or that third-party titles are available. Applicable consumer laws and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
