Free registered users receive up to three spins per day, subject to the app’s daily reset and usage controls. Unused free spins do not accumulate.
Unlimited Rental Pass
The Unlimited Rental Pass is $2.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. This is a recurring digital-service charge, not a payment for streaming access, film rentals, or downloads. No free trial is included in the standard offer.
How to cancel
Sign into VHS Movie Night, open Account, select Manage Billing, and use Stripe’s subscription cancellation option. If you choose cancellation at the end of the billing period, access continues until then. If an immediate-cancellation option is offered and selected, access may end immediately. Check the confirmation shown by Stripe for your effective cancellation date. You can also ask for help at [email protected].
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally nonrefundable once a billing period has started, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may review duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or substantial service problems case by case. Canceling does not automatically refund earlier payments. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected].
Failed payments and changes
If a renewal payment fails, premium access may be restricted or paused according to subscription status. Customers can update payment methods and review payment history in Manage Billing. Any changes in subscription price or material terms will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
